About
Noire Chef Boston

Chef Nikia Spotts has been cooking since the age of 16 and has always had a passion for food. From cooking for family and friends to providing full-service catering for small-scale events, her ardor and love for food & the hospitality industry have always remained strong.

With the desire to perfect her culinary skills, Nikia decided to pursue her passion professionally by enrolling at Johnson & Wales University, located in Providence, Rhode Island. After completing her BS in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management she attained a MBA in Hospitality Management as well.

Armed with determination and passion, Chef Nikia worked at a variety of fine establishments such as The Catered Affair, Deuxave, Kate's Table, Restaurant Associates, and Lombardo's Wedding & Events Venue, while attending school.

When Covid 19 struck, Nikia found a way to keep busy by starting Noire Chef Bakery. Since July of 2020, she has developed over 60 donut flavors and was featured as a Chef for Black History Month with Ocean Spray
