Are there any additional fees associated with catering services?
Yes! In addition to catering fees, there are staffing and administrative fees. Fees vary and are determined based on the needs or requirements for each event.
The administrative fee covers all the planning and preparation that goes into making your event a success. This includes designing the perfect menus, client interactions, visiting the event site, coordinating pre-event activities, sourcing specialty items, tastings (if applicable), licenses, permits, and making necessary revisions to the plan.
Catering contracts always list the event elements and their respective costs. This is not a gratuity charge.
Do you perform tastings?
Tastings are scheduled during the week and can be performed on a weekend under special circumstances.
Tastings are only are available for events that meet a minimum of $5,000. Events under the minimum may pay a tasting fee.
What areas do you service?
Noire Chef Boston services all states located in the New England area, as well as New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia.
For states outside of this area, please inquire with Noire Chef Boston directly for availability. We do travel!
Equipment Rentals
We are full service! Noire Chef Boston can provide some of or all of your event rental needs. Certain items may be required to execute your event. Factors such as location, event logistics and menu selections can affect your rental needs as well.
Rentals may include flatware, china, florals, linens, tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, glassware and more. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.

Are you licensed & insured?
Noire Chef Boston is fully licensed and insured to provide off-premise catering and alcoholic beverage services. If your venue requires any additional licenses or permits, please inform us and we will ensure all necessary requirements are met.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We can provide customized meals that meet the need of any dietary restrictions and preferences, and allergens.
